The following patch improves nmh/sasl integration:
- adds a configuration directive in mts.conf to turn on sasl by default
- adds -nosasl command line option
- allows sasl to try all offered authentication mechanisms before quitting
- falls back to user/pass authentication if sasl fails.
The diff was made against the latest CVS version (last changed 2001/03/17) at cvs@cvs.mhost.com:/cvs/nmh. Since the nmh source appears untouched for a while, I doubt this will go in the main tree.
